Format requirements
The conference proceedings will be published by CRC Press / Balkema Publishers, the Netherlands. Instructions on the preparation of full-length papers are given in the following 4 documents

Additional paper summary
We will publish the full-length papers on CD. In addition, we will publish a short version of your paper (2 pages) in the printed conference proceedings. Please proceed preparing your full paper and once that is done, prepare a 2-page summary of the most important parts of your paper (this may include pictures but should not include a full list of references). The same format requirements as for the full paper apply for the short version of the paper. Therefore, preparation of the short version is at best done by simply shortening the formatted full-length paper. Please keep the title and abstract the same in both versions.
